I think you probably want the right kind of robot doing the right things. A laundry bot would be amazing. Challenge is the motivations in CE are never, ever to stay in your lane and rarely about the customer. So it becomes the laundry bot that also uses proprietary soap in a particular brand of washer with an ad roll on the screen you have to wait through before specifying your laundry.
